翻訳確認証明書を発行できる者は、
行政書士法に定められた外国語翻訳行政書士のみとなります。

  • 留学・移住の準備をされているお客様、

  • 留学（国際学校）や移民（永住権やビザの申請）を準備されている場合、基本証明書、家族関係証明、婚姻関係証明書、除籍謄本、在職証明書、学籍記録、成績証明書、卒業証明書、在学証明書などの様々な書類が必要となります。
  • 韓国の公文書を提出するときは、翻訳文の他にも、提出先機関から、翻訳認証を取得するよう求められます。
  • このような場合、翻訳公証をご所望されることが多いですが、アメリカ、カナダ、オーストラリア、ニュージーランドなど、各国の移民省や国際学校から実際に求められるものは、翻訳者が有資格者であり、原文を厳密に正しく翻訳した旨を、証明することであります。

アメリカ

オーストラリア

  • A translator must endorse the translation with their full name, address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and
    experience in the language being translated.

カナダ

  • If the document is in another language, the original document must be included along with the translation and a certification that
    declares that the translator was accurate in his translation.
