A notarized translation is a certified translation that has been declared by a person with certain qualifications
(e.g. certified public translator) that this translation is not different from the original text,
and, signed and sealed by a notary public.

When a document are translated into other languages, a certified public translator or a person with certain qualifications signs
and declares that there is no difference between the translation and the original text.
For the translated text, a notary public issues a notary certificate that includes their confirmation and signature.

Anyone could submit a translation for notarization in the past, but now only a person with certain qualifications,
such as certified public translators, can declare that the translation is true, accurate, complete and correct in presence of a notary public.
